Macrostax Customer Review

I (hesitantly) purchased the one-year subscription. I was hesitant because they do not offer a free trial period. Had I known then what I know now, I wouldn't have purchased it. It's very hard to use. No bar-code scanning, hard to find the right foods, and when you do find them they offer two options for measurements (usually cup or gram). Adding your own foods doesn't allow for customization of serving size. It just shows up as "custom serving". The meal builder only works when you haven't eaten much of anything for the day. It's not smart enough to round out a meal for you. I only used it for 4 days and have asked for a refund and I can't even get them to answer me.

I wasn't aware of any birthday discount.

They offer no links to fitness trackers like all other reputable food tracking subscriptions.

They will not respond to my requests for a refund when I only used their product for 4 days and purchased a year.

No shipping involved, but they don't stand behind their product.
